juicy n delicious workout tip #1

the biggest challenge for people who love and enjoy their food is how to keep the pounds off in the process.

we know not everyone has the physical finesse (nor motivation) of a pilates instructor, professional bollywood dancer or a unicyclist, but here’s a very simple move you can replicate at home, at work or anywhere really, to work the thighs and butt.

this is a useful workout tip even for the uncoordinated. all you need is firm ground, n a reasonable amount of space. before proceeding, please ensure that you are not surrounded by any glass, young children or sharp objects.

i give you, juicy n delicious’ workout tip #1: kungfu kick, lovingly demonstrated by ms. delicious herself. just kick once, twice, and pause. repeat x10 three times a day.
